The staff are helpful, overall...

the hotel's position was super, next to zurich and central to the city. seefeld district was worth staying in.

My room was spacious and airy thanks to the helpful staff. My room included TV set with satellite channels, central heating, and a personal safe.

Our room was exceptionally nice and comfortable with the bedroom and great kitchen and the aircon, slept well. The staff were super-friendly, great and super location close to the center.

Amazing location just off bus / tram station as well as the Zurich lake promenade. The helpful and friendly stuff with great attitude to guests🙂

The room we had was airy and wonderful with a well equipped kitchen and master bedroom and the aircon.

Our stay here was perfect 10/10, great place for exploring Zurich. Its staff was amicable and exceptional. The room was good sized and airy, besides it had a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator, just in case. The location was ideal there, next to the lake.

We really enjoyed this hotel and would stay here again. The venue was a good home base for enjoying a peaceful area, near to Hoschgasse tram station and supermarkets, and the lake, supermarket, restaurants, city centre and public transport. The location of the hotel was unbeatable - a 10-15 minute walk from a tranquil lakeside garden.

Had a fantastic stay at a conveniently located apartment in Zurich. Just a short walk to the tram station which made getting around the city a breeze. The neighborhood had great restaurants and bars without being noisy. The flat itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We even cooked dinner twice in the kitchen. a wonderful experience!

Despite the minor inconvenience of late check-in information, our stay was almost perfect. It would have been helpful to receive the key placement in the lockbox earlier to ease our worries about finding a place to stay upon arrival.

Overall the staff was helpful. The location was handy there, close to the center.

I recently stayed at City Stay for a week with my family and dog. The apartment was beautiful, new, and clean. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the lake and the city center. We had all the space we needed, and there were plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby. The check-in process was smooth and the parking was convenient. our stay at City Stay was fantastic and I highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at City Stay - Lindenstrasse. The location was perfect, with easy access to tram stations, restaurants, and supermarkets. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and spacious. We appreciated having a well-equipped kitchenette and the convenience of a nearby Coop. The customer service was also top-notch, with helpful staff available whenever we needed assistance. we highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Zurich.
